Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Stellar AI uses, why it is used, which services may process it, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 23 September 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the Stellar AI website, AI workspace, business-service pages, account features, billing flows, support interactions, optional connected tools and owner-only operational surfaces available through trystellarai.com.

For questions or privacy requests, contact deadlyfox10@gmail.com.

2. Information we may process

  • Account information: email address, display name, sign-in provider, session information and account identifiers needed to sign you in and keep your account secure.
  • Plan and billing status: plan name, wallet-credit balance, request usage, subscription status, checkout status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. Stellar AI does not receive your full payment-card number from Stripe.
  • AI workspace content: prompts, chat messages, uploaded images and generated responses needed to provide the AI feature. Guest chats may remain in browser storage; signed-in chats may be stored so they can sync across visits.
  • Support and business-service information: messages, business details and service requirements you choose to provide when asking for help or purchasing a scoped business service.
  • Connected-tool information: where you deliberately connect an authorised tool or desktop companion, the service may process connection state, permissions, workspace metadata, selected files or task results needed to complete the action you requested.
  • Security and reliability data: coarse usage counters, request status, error events, device/session signals and security logs used to prevent abuse, diagnose failures and keep the service reliable.

3. Why we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts, generate requested AI output, sync chats, enforce plan limits, process billing, provide support, deliver purchased services, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and improve product reliability.

Where marketing messages are sent, they are handled separately from essential account, billing, security and service communications. You can opt out of direct marketing.

4. AI processing and service providers

Prompts, uploaded content and relevant conversation context may be sent to AI processing providers when required to produce a response. Payment information is processed by Stripe. Hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, storage or connected integrations may be provided by third-party services where needed for the feature you choose to use.

Each provider processes information under its own contractual and legal obligations. We aim to send only the information needed for the relevant function.

5. Payments

Stripe processes checkout and payment-card data. Stellar AI receives payment and subscription status and related account identifiers rather than your full card number. Billing self-service may redirect you to Stripe's hosted billing portal.

6. Cookies, browser storage and sessions

Stellar AI uses browser storage and session data where needed for sign-in, chat continuity, preferences, referral/checkout state and other product functionality. Some guest chat state may remain only on the device until it is cleared.

7. Measurement and error monitoring

We may count coarse events such as opening the app, starting checkout, completing checkout or encountering a technical error. Reliability telemetry is designed not to include prompt text, chat contents, passwords, full payment details or uploaded-file contents.

8. Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate a feature, comply with law, protect the service, process a payment or deliver a service you requested.

9. Retention

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, account/service operation, legal and accounting requirements, fraud prevention, dispute handling and security. Retention periods can differ by data type and provider.

10. Security

We use authentication, access controls and server-side checks to protect account and owner-only functionality. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so do not put passwords, API keys, payment credentials, recovery codes or other secrets into AI prompts or public community spaces.

11. Your UK data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, UK data-protection rights may include being informed, access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. The right to object to direct marketing is absolute.

To make a privacy request, email deadlyfox10@gmail.com. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

12. Children and restricted use

Do not provide personal information about children or other people unless you are authorised to do so and it is appropriate for the feature being used. Connected tools and generated content must be used lawfully and responsibly.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the current version.

14. Terms

This Privacy Policy should be read with the Stellar AI Terms of Service.

For billing, account, privacy, security or legal matters, use the support contact above rather than relying on a public community channel.
