Welcome to Stellar AI! These terms are written in plain English. By using the app you agree to them. Stellar AI is an independent app powered by the Claude API from Anthropic.

Stellar AI is a chat assistant powered by Claude. It writes and fixes code (Roblox, FiveM and more), creates images and searches the web. Replies are AI-generated — double-check anything important.
Free (£0): Smart AI chat and images, with a message bar that refills every 8 hours. Includes FiveM & Roblox scripts, chat history, copy and save.
Pro (£10/month): A much bigger message bar that refills twice as fast as Free. Plus the Power model, all themes with a custom colour picker, longer answers, and priority support.
Max (£30/month): Everything in Pro, with a huge message bar that refills even faster. Adds the Ultra model (our most powerful, with a generous daily limit), HD images, longer answers, and the exclusive Nebula theme.
Ultimate (£50/month): Everything in Max, with our biggest message bar that refills every hour. Includes more daily Ultra use and the exclusive Supernova theme.
Wallet: Don't want a subscription? Top up from £1 (up to £10,000 per top-up) — when your bar is full, messages use wallet credit at 10p each (longer messages may use a little more). You can also use wallet credit to buy a 30-day pass to any plan (Pro, Max or Ultimate) instead of a recurring subscription; the plan returns to Free when the 30 days end unless you renew. Top-ups of £5 or more receive bonus credit (10% on £5+, 20% on £10+). You also get one free daily spin for small bonus credit. We may occasionally give promotional credit via gift codes; promo, bonus and spin credit is goodwill, has no cash value, and can't be refunded, withdrawn or transferred.
Prices are in GBP and include any applicable tax. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We may change plan prices in future; if you're already subscribed, we'll tell you in the app before your next renewal so you can decide whether to continue.
Cancel any subscription at any time — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If something's gone wrong, you can request a refund within 14 days of a payment and we'll review it fairly. Wallet top-ups that haven't been spent can be refunded within 14 days too. The LED theme is a one-time purchase that unlocks instantly and is yours forever — because it's unlocked right away, refunds are at our discretion, but contact us if there's a problem and we'll sort it fairly. Please contact us before opening a card dispute — we can almost always sort refunds faster directly, and fraudulent chargebacks may lead to losing access.
Your message bar refills automatically — every 8 hours on Free, faster on paid plans (down to every hour on Ultimate). This is for normal personal use, not bots, scripts, scraping, or reselling access. The Ultra model also has a daily fair-use limit because it costs much more to run. We verify plans and usage on our servers, and trying to bypass limits, fake a paid plan, or use paid models without paying breaks these terms and may lead to suspension without a refund. We may slow down or suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Your chats, settings and wallet live on your own device — not on our servers. Messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate replies, and payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Sign out to clear your info from a shared device.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Stellar AI. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms and is responsible for any payments. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we'll help.
Don't use Stellar AI to break the law, harm others, generate hateful or abusive content, attempt to produce content sexualising minors, create malware, or violate someone's rights. Don't try to hack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We can suspend access for serious or repeated misuse. You agree not to misuse the app or use it for anything illegal, and that you're responsible for how you use what it creates. If your use of the app causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs. We can suspend or limit accounts that break these rules or abuse the service.
You own what you create with Stellar AI. Everything the AI produces is AI-generated and may contain errors, bugs, or insecure code — you are responsible for testing and reviewing anything before you use, publish, or rely on it, including any game scripts, and for making sure it follows the rules of any platform you use it on (such as Roblox or FiveM). Don't rely on the AI for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions. We can't guarantee the AI's output is accurate, complete, original, or fit for any purpose.
Stellar AI relies on third-party services (Anthropic, Stripe, hosting), so occasional downtime can happen. Features may change as the app improves.
Stellar AI is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind. You use the app and anything it generates at your own risk. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits, banned game servers, or damages arising from your use of the app or its output, and our total liability to you is capped at the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months or £100, whichever is lower. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under UK consumer law.
We may update these terms as the app grows. Significant changes will be shown in the app. Continuing to use Stellar AI after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England & Wales.
