Request deletion of your Stellar AI account
You can request deletion of your StellarX Chat or Roblox Studio Builder account and associated personal data without reinstalling an app. Use the contact form above, select a privacy or account enquiry if offered, and write Delete my Stellar AI account and personal data. Include the email address linked to the account. Do not include passwords, login codes, payment-card details, or identity documents in the form.
Stellar AI will verify ownership before processing a deletion request. Data not required for legal obligations or resolving outstanding transactions should be removed from applicable account services. Some payment, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute records may need to be retained lawfully. A request is not an instant deletion, and submitting it does not confirm that data has been deleted.
