1. These terms sit alongside the main Terms

These Business Services Terms apply when you buy a Website Mini Audit / Quick Fix or AI Receptionist service from Stellar AI. They sit alongside the Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy. If a checkout states a more specific scope for the service you buy, that stated scope also applies.

2. Website Mini Audit / Quick Fix — £99 one-time

The core service is a focused review of the public website scope you provide and a prioritised list of practical improvements. It can cover public-page clarity, contact or booking routes, visible usability or content problems and broken links or forms where reasonably verifiable.

Unless expressly agreed, the service does not include paid advertising, a new domain, paid software, third-party contractor work, a full custom rebuild, guaranteed SEO rankings, guaranteed traffic, guaranteed leads or guaranteed revenue. Small live edits may be included only where safe authorised access is available and the edit fits the agreed scope.

3. AI Receptionist — £150 setup + £49/month

The setup configures a receptionist flow from business facts you supply and approve. The monthly service covers the ongoing hosted receptionist service and maintenance within the stated product scope. The monthly charge continues until cancelled.

The receptionist is designed for routine enquiries and lead or request capture. It is not an emergency service, doctor, lawyer, accountant or other regulated professional. It should not invent prices, discounts, availability, refunds, diagnoses, legal conclusions, financial recommendations or contractual promises that you have not approved.

4. Your information and approvals

You are responsible for supplying accurate business information, including services, hours, locations, prices and booking or contact routes. Tell us when those facts change. You must have authority to give us access to any website, domain, DNS, inbox, calendar or other account used for the service.

5. Domains and third-party costs

A standard receptionist URL is included where stated. A new paid domain, advertising spend, premium software or other third-party cost is not included unless you explicitly approve it. Using an existing domain requires authorised DNS access.

6. Timing and cooperation

Delivery depends on receiving the information and access needed to perform the agreed scope. If information is missing or contradictory, work may pause for clarification rather than guessing. Any estimated timing is an estimate unless a fixed deadline is expressly agreed in writing.

7. Results are not guaranteed

Website changes and enquiry automation can improve clarity and workflow, but we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, customer enquiries, bookings, response rates, sales, revenue or other commercial outcomes. Results depend on factors outside Stellar's control.

8. Cancellation, refunds and recurring service

The Website Mini Audit is a one-time service. The AI Receptionist monthly service continues until cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the cancellation route, cooling-off information, work already supplied and statutory rights.

9. Customer data and communications

If the service handles customer enquiries, you remain responsible for deciding what customer information the business needs, providing appropriate privacy information and complying with any sector-specific obligations. Do not ask the receptionist to collect unnecessary sensitive data.
