Stellar AI is an AI service available at trystellarai.com ("Stellar AI", "we", "us"). You can contact us at @stellaraiapp on TikTok and Instagram. By using Stellar AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Stellar AI generates scripts and code for FiveM (QBCore) and Roblox servers based on your written requests, and can also produce code for other games and engines on request. It is a tool that assists you; you stay responsible for how you use it and for anything you build with it. You can sign in with Google or create an account with your email address and a password; passwords are stored only in a securely hashed form and are never kept or visible in readable text.
Stellar AI is powered by Claude, a family of AI models made by Anthropic. When you send a message, your request is processed through Anthropic's API to generate the response. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence, not by a human. Your use of Stellar AI must also respect Anthropic's usage policies, which prohibit using the AI for illegal or harmful purposes.
Stellar AI is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cfx.re (FiveM), Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Roblox Corporation. FiveM, Grand Theft Auto, and Roblox are trademarks of their respective owners. You are responsible for making sure anything you build and deploy follows those platforms' own terms of service and rules.
You can try Stellar AI without an account. If you do, you get a small free allowance, your chats are kept only on the device you are using, and you cannot add credit or subscribe until you create an account. Clearing your browser will remove anything stored without an account, and we cannot recover it. You can sign in with Google, or create an account with your email address and a password, to save your plan, credit and preferences across visits and devices. Free starter credit is added to an account when you create one, and is limited to one per person. You must be at least 13 years old to use Stellar AI. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian, and you must not make any payment, subscription or top-up without their permission. Anyone making a payment confirms they are 18 or over, or that they have permission from a parent or guardian who accepts responsibility for that payment. If we believe an account belongs to someone under 13, or that payments are being made without permission, we may suspend or close that account and refund recent payments where appropriate. Keep your account details accurate, keep your account and password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Stellar AI has a Free plan and two paid plans: Plus (£10 per month) and Pro (£30 per month). Every plan includes a message allowance that refreshes automatically, and paid plans allow longer replies for bigger scripts. Each plan includes an allowance of use that refreshes automatically. How much of your allowance a request uses depends on the size of the reply: a short answer uses the least, while longer scripts and generated images use more, because they take more to produce. You can see how much of your allowance you have used, and when it refreshes, at any time in the app under Settings then Usage. The Plans page shows which plan includes what, and prices are always displayed to you before you pay. Allowances, models, prices and features may change over time, and the Plans page always shows the current offer.
Any plan, including Free, can add credit to their account: one-off top-ups from 50p to £100, always shown clearly before you pay. Credit is charged at 5 pence per unit of usage. A unit is roughly 1,200 characters of reply, so a short answer costs 5p and a longer script costs more. The exact amount depends on the length of the reply, so longer scripts use more credit. Your remaining balance is always visible in the app, and the current rates are shown before you pay. Credit does not expire. It is used only after your regular allowance runs out, and any free or promotional credit is always spent before credit you have paid for.
New users receive a one-off welcome credit when they first use Stellar AI. We also sometimes run promotions, giveaways, competitions, discount codes, referral offers, or hand out further free credits and free trial periods. These are optional extras offered at our discretion. Unless we say otherwise: promotional credits and prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money; they may expire or be limited to one per person or household; offers may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time; and we may cancel any promotional credit obtained through cheating, multiple accounts, bots, or other abuse. Any specific terms shown with an individual promotion apply alongside these terms. Promotions do not affect your statutory rights.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can only hold one paid plan at a time. If you want to move to a different plan, cancel your current one first and then subscribe to the new one; you keep access to your existing plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change; if they do, we will tell you before your next renewal.
Because the service is digital and starts immediately, you agree that supply begins as soon as you pay. If something has gone wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will look at it fairly. Nothing in these terms removes or reduces rights that UK consumer law gives you.
Do not use Stellar AI to do anything illegal, to create malware, cheats, or scripts designed to harm other people's servers, accounts, or data, to harass or abuse others, or to generate content that breaks the law. Do not attempt to hack, overload, scrape, resell, or work around the service, its limits, or its safety measures. Rate limits apply to keep the service fast and fair for everyone. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these rules.
Attempting to hack, breach, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to Stellar AI, its servers, its accounts, or its data is strictly prohibited, and so is scraping the service, abusing its limits, or using automated tools against it without our written permission. We monitor for abuse and log suspicious activity. Where we find deliberate attacks, fraud, chargeback abuse, or theft of the service, we may suspend accounts, block access, report the matter to the relevant authorities, and take legal action to recover losses and costs. Unauthorised access to computer systems is a criminal offence in the UK under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
AI-generated code and answers can contain mistakes, and similar requests can produce similar outputs for different users. Always review and test generated code on a test server before using it anywhere that matters. Stellar AI is not a substitute for professional advice, and you should not rely on it for anything where an error could cause serious loss.
Your prompts belong to you. You give us the limited permission needed to process your prompts through our AI provider in order to run the service for you. Do not submit content you have no right to share, or personal information about other people.
Code that Stellar AI generates in response to your requests is yours to use in your projects. Because of how AI works, we cannot promise outputs are unique to you, and we cannot promise generated code does not resemble other code that exists in the world.
The Stellar AI name, star logo, design, and the service itself belong to us. These terms do not give you any right to copy, resell, or rebrand the service.
Stellar AI is built on trusted third-party services: Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), and Vercel (hosting and basic analytics). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy when you use the relevant feature.
We keep data collection minimal. Your chats are stored on your own device, not on our servers. If you sign in, we store your email and plan so the service works across visits. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We use basic analytics to understand overall usage of the service. We do not sell your data. We use your email address to run your account, to confirm payments, and to contact you about important changes to the service. We will only send you marketing or promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time. Stellar AI stores information on your own device using browser storage so the service can remember you are signed in, your plan, your settings and your chats; clearing your browser data will remove these. Signing in with Google and paying through Stripe may involve cookies set by those companies under their own policies. Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To exercise any of these, or to raise a concern, contact us at @stellaraiapp on TikTok or Instagram and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We work to keep Stellar AI online, but the service may occasionally be interrupted, updated, or changed, including the AI models used. We may add, change, or remove features. If we ever discontinue the service or suspend an account for breaking these terms, active paid time will be handled fairly and in line with your legal rights.
Stellar AI is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties or guarantees about the service, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated code will be fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or damage caused by generated code, including problems on your game servers. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You agree to cover us for any loss, claim, or cost we reasonably incur because you have broken these terms, misused the service, or broken the law. This includes claims brought by other people because of something you built, published, or shared using Stellar AI, and claims arising from you using generated code in a way that breaks another company's rules or licences. This does not apply to anything caused by our own negligence, and it does not affect your statutory rights.
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes outages or changes at the third-party services Stellar AI depends on, such as our AI provider, payment provider, or hosting provider, as well as internet failures, power cuts, and similar events. If such an event seriously affects the service for a long period, we will handle any paid time fairly and in line with your legal rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales — except that if you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also use your local courts, and consumers always keep the protections of their local law.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. You may not transfer your account or your rights under these terms to anyone else without our permission. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another business, for example if Stellar AI is sold or merged, provided your rights under these terms are not reduced.
We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If you keep using Stellar AI after an update, that means you accept the new terms.
